Every plan includes governed structured observations, current-state reads, history, provenance, review and export. Embeddings used by supported service features are included within plan limits and do not consume the managed AI balance. They do not imply that semantic entity search is available.

Hosted AI calls for text extraction, synthesis, conflict arbitration and assisted assessment consume your AI balance. Structured observations and reads that do not require hosted AI do not consume credits. Your application can also use its own model to prepare structured observations.

The amount depends on the model and request size. Each plan’s monthly AI balance is shown in USD; the number of calls it covers varies with the work each call performs.

Hosted AI calls pause when your balance is exhausted, with no automatic overage charges. Reads and writes that do not require AI continue within your database plan limits. Operations whose policies require AI also pause until credits are available.

A query or mutation call counts once; a batch counts each submitted observation. The current allowance resets on the first day of each UTC month. Exports, MCP handshakes, static catalogs and account administration do not count. Invalid requests that reach execution may count. Managed AI credits are separate from the database operation allowance.

Storage is shared across the databases you own and includes data, provenance, history and indexes. Archived databases still count toward storage and database allowances. Databases shared with you use their owner’s plan. MB and GB are decimal. Export provides a view of state, not a full restorable backup.

There are no automatic overage charges. Storage limits can stop new writes; the database limit can stop database creation. The monthly operation limit pauses additional data operations until the next UTC month or an upgrade. Data is preserved and export remains available. An upgrade increases the allowance without resetting usage.

Your application can use its own model and submit structured observations today. Configuring your provider key or corporate model endpoint inside ConceptMem is planned for a later phase and is not included in the available offer.
